Nursing Home Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Wolfville Nursing Homes Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a nursing home setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with meal preparation and serving.
- Engage residents in activities and provide companionship.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:
- Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Security and Safety:
- Criminal record check.
- Vulnerable sector check.
- Transportation/Travel Information:
- Own transportation.
