Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current registration with the nursing regulatory body
- Experience in long-term care an asset
