Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Systems Management Professional to join our team at the Environmental Operators Certification Program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in municipal pressurized piped systems, including engineering principles and legislation/regulations governing potable water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in the field and apply knowledge of water systems management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve water system functionality and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational excellence and lifelong learning.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams on water system maintenance, construction, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water systems management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
- Minimum six (6) years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in potable water systems management, maintenance, and construction.
- EOCP Level 3 (or higher) certification is considered an asset.
