Job Scope

As a Counter Service Associate, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and undertake various responsibilities within the branch's warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

Receiving and organizing merchandise

Ensuring product accuracy and quality

Overseeing inventory management and returns

Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the storage area

Providing assistance to customers at the service counter

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of six months of experience in a warehouse environment

Exceptional customer service abilities

Familiarity with electrical products and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
