Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Saskatchewan Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of dedicated sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct On-Site Visits: Conduct regular on-site visits for training and coaching purposes within the Saskatchewan Region.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Optimize Results: Work under the guidance of senior leadership to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region.
- Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team.
- Drive Results: Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of leadership experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
