Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business model and high standards of quality and service.
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of culinary and service staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve Certification and Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
