Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration: Perform clerical duties, manage office supplies, handle mail, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Team Support: Support multiple departments, assist with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools, provide administrative support as required.
- Bookkeeping and Payroll: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, handle payroll data entry, and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or a diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Confident in navigating Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Outlook, and Payworks.
- Vibrant and welcoming demeanor to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
