Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at Namaste Janitorial Service Inc. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investment.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts and invoices, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility
Working Conditions
