Job Title: Agile Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Agile Java Developer to join our team at Aegona. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web system using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the Backend functions of the web system, including reading and understanding requirements, writing code, and collaborating with the development team.
  • Proactively make suggestions for refactoring to optimize the code or suggest improvements to the workflow based on Scrum principles.
  • Work with DevOps, Windows server, and participate in social insurance according to basic regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and actively discuss and join meetings to solve arising problems.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Web Development.
  • Experience in leading a team (5 members+).
  • Knowledge of either Spring/Spring Boot with JPA/Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of either C#/ASP.Net Core.
  • Knowledge of web/application containers (Tomcat, IIS...) and web/application deployment.
  • Knowledge of web service development.
  • Basic knowledge of security in web development.
  • Basic knowledge of DB (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres,...).
  • Basic knowledge of Docker.
