About the Role

AURA ENERGY INC. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) System with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace by restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and adhering to company standards.
  • Assist with Inventory Management by tracking stock levels, reporting discrepancies, and participating in inventory counts.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Math Skills to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage inventory.
