Job Title: Cashier

Hasty Market 492 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer payments, including cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
Work Environment:

Hasty Market 492 is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Cashier, you will be working in a team environment with a variety of colleagues, including sales associates, managers, and other cashiers.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
