We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, baking mixed dough and batters, and ensuring the quality of products meets our established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
- Prepare special orders with attention to detail
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to impress
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Operate machinery with ease and efficiency
As a Baker at Cobs Bread, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team.
