We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at COBS BREAD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including artisan breads, rolls, and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for bread, rolls, and pastries according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality bread products
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
