Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Resource Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material resources
    • Ensure the effective management of budgets and financial planning
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting
    • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a senior management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
