Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering compassionate care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, assess patient needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
