Job Overview

As a Food Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
  • Food Delivery Supervision: Ensure the proper delivery of food trolleys to designated areas.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
