About Krawchuk Enterprises Inc.

We are a leading food service provider seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to meet their needs.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
