In a store as expansive as ours, we require every hand (and paw, wing, and fin) to ensure efficient operations. As a PetSmart Associate Lead, you will assist in guiding the team in the following areas:
- Team Leadership: Our team members are essential in creating exceptional experiences in our stores. As the Associate Lead, you will help to lead a group that shares our passion for pets, with responsibilities that include interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Retail Operations: Delivering an outstanding customer experience is a primary focus for all our leaders. From ensuring our team members possess comprehensive knowledge of pet solutions to building relationships with pet owners, our leaders create a safe and enjoyable environment in our stores.

The pay range for this position is from $17.40 to $29.50 per hour, based on experience and position. This role is compensated hourly, and the exact pay rate will reflect the specific role and experience level.
