Job Title: Marketing Manager

Church's Chicken McCowan Road is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead a team of 1-2 people to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs.
  • Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Area of Specialization: Marketing.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player.
  • Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
