Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Charlie Lake Chevron. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
