About MegaZebra
MegaZebra is a renowned game development company with a 15-year track record of crafting category-leading games. We're on a mission to create a groundbreaking mobile game that combines mind-bending arcade gameplay with immersive RPG elements.

We're a remote-first company with a highly creative environment and a super-flat hierarchy. Our teams are passionate about game design, art, analytics, and technology, and we're committed to delivering top-quality titles.

Your Responsibilities
As a Level Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing exciting levels that challenge players and keep them engaged. You'll work closely with game designers and economy designers to balance levels based on data from analytics, optimize KPIs such as win-rates, retention, and monetization, and prepare and execute special and seasonal events.

Your Profile
We're looking for a creative and out-of-the-box thinker with 2-3 years of experience in level design for mobile games. You should have a strong interest and passion for arcade-type games, be able to analyze data to optimize levels, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with Unity is a plus.

Your Benefits
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a new, innovative game project, collaborate with a talented design team, and experience the start-up spirit of a company that's been successful for over a decade. You'll also earn a competitive salary and enjoy a remote-first work environment.
