About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our investment advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transaction Support: Assist investment advisors with routine financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and account management.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and provide administrative support to investment advisors.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
