About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to join our Wealth Management team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless service.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to support wealth advisors in their business development.
  • Transaction Management: Process transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Client File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
