Customer Service Representative Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Make purchase suggestions to customers, promoting our products and services.
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to our high standards for store appearance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and find creative solutions.
  • Team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
