Associate Vice President of Teaching and Learning

SAIT is a global leader in applied education, empowering employees to make a difference in the lives of our students. We're seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic execution of our Academic Plan, focusing on Teaching and Learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the campus-wide strategic execution of the Academic Plan related to Teaching and Learning initiatives.
- Support academic excellence across the Academic Division, ensuring high-quality programs meet the diverse needs of learners and industry.
- Oversee the Centre for Academic Development + Innovation (Cadi) and the Centre for Applied Education Innovation (CAEI), driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with school deans, directors, and stakeholders to support and pursue SAIT's vision of being a global leader in applied education.
- Develop and articulate a strategic vision, inspiring and engaging a wide range of people in the evolution of SAIT's vision and developing implementation strategies for the goals that support that vision.
- 10 years' directly related experience in teaching and learning management.
- 5 years' experience in a senior-level leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change through a proactive and strategic approach.
