Environmental Technician

RocMar Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Technician to join our team. As an Environmental Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient removal of hazardous materials from buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to identify potential environmental hazards.
- Remove asbestos, ceramic fibers, lead, and mold and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials from buildings.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement environmental remediation plans.
- Conduct site assessments and monitor environmental conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of environmental activities and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in environmental remediation, compliance, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
