About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Marin Painting & Restoration Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Finishing: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors, ensuring a professional finish.
Work Environment

You will work in various locations, and your physical capabilities will be tested by the demands of the job. You must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, and be prepared for physically demanding work.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
