Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our security officers and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all security officers adhere to Paladin Security policies and procedures, as well as Eastern Health Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Regularly communicate and engage with Eastern Health site management to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all security officers have received mandatory site orientation, training, and required compliance training.
- Provide superior customer service and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Motivate and support security officers to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Document and investigate security incidents and complaints, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and forwarded in a timely manner.
- Complete daily paperwork, including advanced reports, sign-in sheets, overtime authorization, and incident reports.
- Supervise security officers assigned to the site and act as a resource for security issues.
- Assist with departmental site scheduling and ensure all shifts are covered.
- Perform site patrols and respond to all necessary codes and calls.
- Assist with conducting regular fire drills and security education sessions.
- Perform other duties as requested by the client and Paladin management.
- Previous managerial/supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Previous security experience.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Code of Conduct.
- Standard First Aid, CPR Level C.
- Medical Insurance.
