Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with team members to evaluate investment department data and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Develop compelling materials, including data visualizations, to enhance discussions and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the annual business planning cycle by formulating budgets that align with departmental objectives.
  • Guarantee the precision and relevance of financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to innovative data initiatives and offer valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues to create reporting dashboards that adapt to the organization’s analytical requirements.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with team members and other departments within the organization.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests to aid in investment assessments and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis within the financial services industry.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIPM) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong presentation capabilities using MS PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of innovative thinking.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must exemplify high performance, integrity, and collaborative principles.
