Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at R&G MacDonald Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, and combination of sitting and standing.
