About the Role

The Senior Sales Representative, Eastern Canada will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales excellence in the Eastern Canada region. This role will involve managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the Eastern Canada region, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management, including sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, and apply this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in the Eastern Canada region.
