Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our store by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building meaningful relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
- Optimize inventory management to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards.
- Manage inventory through shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
- Contribute to the management of inventory through eCom order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organized; hands-on teammate who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
- Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices, and Computer skills are an asset.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
