Food Service Manager

Ej Cochrane restaurant inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Food Service Operations: Oversee the preparation and serving of food, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
