Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our housekeeping standards are being met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
