Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Landmark Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out and that our facilities meet all relevant standards.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require lifting and bending.
