We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Maxi. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our grocery store.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Verify the quantity and quality of merchandise, ensuring that products meet our high standards.
- Embark on and price merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Rotate products to ensure that stock is fresh and up-to-date.
- Ensure that the store is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of tidiness and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and support the store team, delegating tasks and providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- In the absence of the store manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
