- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance.
- Marketing and Sales Skills: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Property and Casualty License: Possession of a Property and Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Education and Experience: A degree in a related field, such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience in sales and customer service.
