Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Rum Runners Cake Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for baking high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient production.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce a variety of sweet and savory treats.
- Prepare special orders, such as wedding and specialty cakes, to meet customer demands.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery, such as mixers and ovens, to produce high-quality products.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- As per collective agreement.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
