We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Bohca Bistro & Bar Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising on wine selection and making drink recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Record and balance beverage sales, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order and manage bar stock, ensuring adequate inventory levels and adhering to provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Communicate effectively with serving staff and patrons, taking beverage orders and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Will train the successful candidate.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
