Position Title: Land-Based Healing Program Manager
Position Summary:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Land-Based Healing initiatives
- Engage with community leaders and health administrators to establish project objectives
- Recognize and mitigate project challenges and risks
- Coordinate with senior management to implement effective solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred certification in project management
- Proven experience in managing teams, risks, and organizational change
- Proficient in project management tools
- Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with Northern First Nations communities
