Position Title: Land-Based Healing Program Manager

Position Summary:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Land-Based Healing initiatives
  • Engage with community leaders and health administrators to establish project objectives
  • Recognize and mitigate project challenges and risks
  • Coordinate with senior management to implement effective solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred certification in project management
  • Proven experience in managing teams, risks, and organizational change
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with Northern First Nations communities
