- Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Medical Support: Assist the medical examiner in charge as needed, providing support in emergency situations.
- Construction Tasks: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Site Maintenance: Level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, adhering to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
- Site Traffic Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring smooth and safe traffic flow.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary for this position.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
