We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Speedlogistics Truck line. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
- Language: English.
