Plastics Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Plastics Processing Supervisor to join our team at CBLUO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Set up machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a plastics manufacturing environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment.
