We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the finance team.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information for financial reports and analysis.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and preparing invoices and work orders.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
