Position Overview: The Sales Service Representative will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing sales and service for designated accounts. This position involves collaborating closely with buyers to showcase our ongoing collections and ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate appointments with buyers each season.
- Provide buyers with updated inventories and details on immediate stock availability.
- Follow up with buyers regarding all orders and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Administration to confirm stock and delivery details.
- Validate delivery schedules with buyers, addressing early shipments, delays, and extension requests.
- Support business development initiatives with both new and existing clients.
- Assess and manage point-of-sale materials for current retail locations.
- Enhance brand visibility through cooperative advertising and merchandising strategies.
- Boost event participation by managing pre-event preparations and stock levels.
- Serve as an interim sales representative during territory transitions.
- Participate in trade shows and in-store events as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a competitive, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
- Effective analytical skills and proficiency in territory planning.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
- Travel is a requirement for this role.
