Position Overview: The Sales Service Representative will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing sales and service for designated accounts. This position involves collaborating closely with buyers to showcase our ongoing collections and ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate appointments with buyers each season.
  • Provide buyers with updated inventories and details on immediate stock availability.
  • Follow up with buyers regarding all orders and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Administration to confirm stock and delivery details.
  • Validate delivery schedules with buyers, addressing early shipments, delays, and extension requests.
  • Support business development initiatives with both new and existing clients.
  • Assess and manage point-of-sale materials for current retail locations.
  • Enhance brand visibility through cooperative advertising and merchandising strategies.
  • Boost event participation by managing pre-event preparations and stock levels.
  • Serve as an interim sales representative during territory transitions.
  • Participate in trade shows and in-store events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a competitive, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
  • Effective analytical skills and proficiency in territory planning.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Travel is a requirement for this role.
