Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Courtesy Collision Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Calgary. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and fostering career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding their insurance claims
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for estimates and repairs
  • Provide status updates to customers through outbound communication
  • Assist customers during appointment check-ins and vehicle deliveries
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in internal systems
  • Support accounts receivable processes
  • Engage in both in-person customer service and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with Body Shop Connect, Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
