- Cleaning Duties:
- Thoroughly sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and staircases.
- Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove debris, dirt, and heavy refuse.
- Regularly empty trash bins and waste containers to maintain a clean workspace.
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
- Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
- Address chemical spills and other contaminants promptly and safely.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a cleaning or maintenance role.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
