**Job Summary:**

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist tradespeople on site, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Lift and move materials around the site, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing delays.
  • Conduct regular site safety checks, identifying and mitigating potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a valid CSCS card, demonstrating your commitment to site safety.
  • Be able to provide two commercial references, showcasing your work experience and skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Be punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be available to start immediately, with a flexible approach to working hours.
