Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect the truck washing facility and surrounding areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
