A STAR TRUCK & TRAILER MOBILE WASH LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our mobile truck washing site. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and training cleaning staff, or arranging for their training
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Inspecting sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommending or arranging for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assisting cleaners in performing their duties
  • Establishing work schedules to ensure optimal productivity

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment status
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication
  • A 30-hour workweek
